Delivery

Our goal is to ensure all customers are completely satisfied with a quick turnaround of orders. If a bat is in stock your order will be processed with 24 hours and despatched on a 3 -5 day service, via one of our couriers. 

Pads, gloves and bags are all stocked items and will be despatched immediately on the same 3 - 5 day service. Should you require a shorter delivery time, please contact us, as we can accommodate this on request.

If you have ordered a custom cricket bat please allow up to 14 working days, as every order is custom-made to your requirements at time of purchase.

We send orders via courier, so please be aware that the courier will need a signed receipt so you may wish goods to be sent to your place of work.

Confirmation of your online order is sent via E-mail.

Overseas shipping

 We are able to ship overseas upon request. The rate is dependant on what products are ordered and to which location, so please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.
